BEAR RIVER SWIM TEAMS EARN PVL TITLE
The Bruin's boys and girls swim teams stand on the top step of the podium in the Pioneer Valley League as it's champion. The meet victory last week which was hosted at Bear River, qualify both teams to compete at sections, which will be held in Lodi on May 11 and
12. It was reported there was a school record that fell by one of the Bruin relay teams (I'm looking into the specifics). Bear River's standout swimmer Garrat Johnson will be attending Santa Clara University in the fall where he will be in the pool with it's water polo team. Fellow Bruin, Travis Marks has been accepted to Norwich Unv. in Vermont and he will continue to swim as well as Navy ROTC.
