The Bear River High School boys' volleyball team fell in straight sets to Vista del Lago on Tuesday night in it's section semi-final match. Click here for the full story. If the Bruins could have pulled off the win they would have found themselves in the section final match on Thursday at Monterey Trail High School. At the time of reporting it was unknown who won the match between Whitney and Golden Sierra for the remaining Sac-Joaquin Section division II championship game bid. Whitney finished the regular season with a record of 14-1, who is the clear favorite and the Bruins were 10-5.
