Grass Valley has a new no smoking ordinance in its Historic Downtown, therefore next year, photographer Joe Anderson may have a hard time finding people smoking in this area. The one thing I notice in his photos, the smokers are standing alone.
Quitting is very difficult
The New Year is coming...maybe try again.
You should have been in the National last wknd, they were smoking inside at the bar and in the alclove at the front doorway.
