OL' REPUBLIC ON TAP AT METTEO'S PUBLIC

Beer Among friends was on tap at Matteo's Public on Tuesday night in Nevada City. For the first time in Ol' Republic Brewery's history they offered up their hand crafted beer to a location other than their own establishment. The Beer titled Dark Matter was the pour which was enjoyed by a large crowd of faithful patrons.

Overall hop character is low, allowing its toffee and caramel malt profile to be the highlight along with a subtle smoky character specific to this beer style.

The beer is very smooth with a hint of toffee and caramel. This is an arrangement between friends that you are sure to enjoy. It is that good.
