I would like to thank all of you for your "likes" and enthusiasm for the Measure K facebook page. We, the Pleasant Ridge School District team, are nearing the end of the first half of the show/ game/ semester/ contest/ campaign and we need to finish strong into the half/ intermission. If we struggle prior to the break and fall too far behind, we may not get back into the game, so could you please assist with the final push?
This is our largest fundraiser which will help pay for advertising and signage which will heighten the awareness of Measure K to the larger south county voting community.
While we have children or educate within the schools, we are believers. Without the necessary funds we will not be able to mount a more public campaign which could result in a losing effort at the polls in November.
The Measure K committee needs help and if we fail to motivate the invested stakeholders we can not expect to motivate those without a stake.
Action Plan- Please share the link below with as many people as you can over the next two days as we have 10 places to be filled. This is a great opportunity for all of us to share not only the opportunity to attend a wonderful event, but to also educate those without children who can vote within the district as to how important this measure is to our community.
