While Nevada County's real estate market has seen a draw down in inventory levels over it's summer selling season the month of August was no different as 104 home were sold. The median price held firm at consistent levels of $235,000 with the lowest priced home sold was in Grass Valley on Cole Way at a price of $65,500 and the highest price was $918,448 for a waterfront home on Chaparral Circle at Lake Wildwood.

The Grass Valley home was 2 bedroom with 1 bath, 1109 sq. ft. bank owned home on 1.48 acres. The home was on the market for 44 days and sold for less than half of it's original list price of $125,000. The listing agent stated the home needed work and was out dated. Cole way is off Dog Bar near Wheeler Acres.

The Lake Wildwood home was described by the listing agent as .....
