Offenses dominate as Cedar National Little League of Utah outscores NorCal of District 11, Rocklin Little League by a score of 16-13 at the West Regional in Vancouver Washington on Monday.
Rocklin gave up seven runs in the top of the first and failed to lead at any point in the contest. Both teams tallied 13 hits while Rocklin committed five errors where Utah committed three.
With the loss Rocklin has a 1-3 overall record.
