NEVADA COUNTY REAL ESTATE INVENTORY WANING

Western Nevada County's active inventory is dropping every day and the data I have compiled will show just how tight the market is. As of writing this, currently there are 470 single family homes being marketed for sale on the Nevada County MLS (excluding the Truckee area). I have spent some time compiling the data below. Less than 60 days ago there were just under 600 units for sale and Grass valley accounted for 34, Nevada City 19, Alta Sierra 18, Lake Wildwood 12 and Lake of the Pines with 11.
