South County $304,000.
Lake of the Pines $222,500.
Alta Sierra $235,000.
Grass Valley $209,000.
Nevada City $245,000.
Lake Wildwood $205,000.
N. San Juan $130,000.
The lowest price home sold was $38,000. The bank owned 2,480 sq. ft. home was constructed on 3.07 acres in North San Juan and originally priced at $77,000 and was on the market for 46 days.
