BEAR RIVER JUNIOR BRUIN PEEWEE SIT ATOP IN STANDINGS

The Bear River Junior Bruin's PeeWee football team sits at the top of North Division in the Sierra Valley USA Football and Cheer League after the second week of action. The team will sit idol through the Labor Day weekend so their loss column will continue to be unblemished and they will remain in the lead for yet another week.

"It has been a long time since a Junior Bruin Peewee team has started off so well . It's time to keep working hard and begin to start thinking we are a good team," BRJB PeeWee coach Cory Cregar said. "Our next three games are Bradshaw Christian, Grant and Lincoln. All of these teams are traditionally very good. After this three game stretch we will see where we stand as a team."

Bradshaw Christian who currently holds a 1-1 record as they defeated the Nevada Union Miners 24-0  in week one but fell to Roseville 28-0 in week two.
