This free event is presented by Grizzly Hill Productions exclusively for the Grass Valley Downtown Association, and, this year with the help and support of the Grass Valley Union Newspaper. The theme of this event has always been: “To bring the community together in downtown Grass Valley.” Getting to know our neighbors and community is a reassuring pastime.
