NEVADA UNION FOOTBALL VS PLEASANT GROVE 2012 PREVIEW

The Miners are coming off a huge game two victory over Grant and their game three opponent Pleasant Grove will look to take advantage of a possible let down game. Tonight the Miners will travel to to Sheldon High School to play PG.

Pleasant Grove (1-1) will look to hand the ball off to their senior tailback Isaiah Saunders (5'10", 210 lbs) who has carried the ball 44 of the teams 87 running plays. Saunders has averaged just under 5 yards per carry. They run the ball a lot which sets up the play action where Pleasant Grove quarterback Deaundre Terrell will look deep to junior WR Wyatt Demps (6'3", 180 lbs) who has four touchdowns and 289 yards receiving on the season.

Pleasant Grove did drop a game on the season but it was to perennial power Lincoln on Stockton by a score of 34-27 and in week one they defeated Sierra Foothill League rival Rocklin 35-21.

Prediction 31-21 Nevada Union

Be sure to check back for the video of the game on Saturday mourning.Jim Adams and Marty Mortensen and I will be calling the game's action and events.
