NEVADA CITY MARDI GRAS 2013 - PHOTO ESSAY
Nevada City resident and photographer Joe Anderson pointed his camera away from the parade itself to capture the people who lined Broad Street on Sunday afternoon. And as his photos show there was just as much local color found behind the barriers as in front.
