Reel Anglers Fly Shop in Grass Valley is hosting a book signing along with fly tying on Saturday March 23 from 10am to 6pm with Hal Janssen, a nationally known writer, artist, lecturer and video personality who was inducted into the Northern California Council Federation of Fly Fishers Hall of Fame in the spring of 2012.
