ALTA SIERRA PROPERTY OWNERS AMENDMENT ACTIVITIES CEASE

From the ASPOA Board of Directors:

At the June ASPOA Board of Directors meeting, the decision was made to conduct a survey of all Alta Sierra owners/members regarding the CC&R amendment effort.  The Board of Directors stated that the results of the survey would determine if the effort would continue.  As is demonstrated below, the large majority of respondents have voted to abandon the amendment effort. In keeping with our commitment to abide by the results of the survey, all activity regarding the CC&R amending and updating will cease.

SURVEY RESULTS:
A survey for Alta Sierra residents about the recent Alta Sierra CC&Rs revision was published in the July edition of the Alta Sierran.  The survey could be mailed in or sent in via email.  The surveys were counted together by Kathy Carey, ASPOA Secretary, and Laura McLeod, representative of the Recall Effort.  Those two were selected and approved by both sides of the CC&Rs effort.  The final day to reply to the survey was July 26th, and the final counts were done on July 27th.  Here are the results.
