NEVADA UNION FOOTBALL PREVIEW - DEL ORO

Tonight very well could be a do or die game for the Miners football team as they travel to take on Del Oro as the loser of tonight's game may not make the playoffs.

Del Oro comes into the game at 3-5 overall and 2-1 in the Sierra Foothill League while Nevada Union  is 5-3 and 2-1 in the league.

Both teams have played Woodcreek and Roseville this season which resulted in blow outs. Combined scores of the contest were 62-14 for DO while NU delivered 97-26.

The Miners have gained 1700+ yards throwing the ball and 1200+ on the ground while 800+ in the air and 1200 on the ground.

The Miners enter tonight's game with a better offense that the Golden Eagles but the home team has a stingier defense. This should be a well matched game between rivals and there is definitively a lot riding on the game.

Be sure to check back tomorrow for a replay of tonight's game. Paul Brown and myself will be calling the game for Touchdown Productions as their Game of the Week.
