BEAR RIVER LITTLE LEAGUE - BREWERS AND ATHLETICS 10-0 WINS


The Bear River Athletics (9-2) traveled to Condon Park for a 7:30 game on Wednesday night. A's manager Dave Aldrich called on Nate Van Patten to start on the bump who threw a shut out through 3 of the four innings while facing the Grass Valley Cubs. The game ended after four frames with the final score of 10-0.

The A's will travel to Forrest Hill on Saturday for a 4:30 game.

Brewers

The Bear River Brewers (10-1) starting pitcher Anthony Vierra led his team to a 10-0 victory over the Forest Hill A's on Wednesday going two innings on the mound as well as going 2 for 2 at the plate. Jeremy Rodrigues also delivered a double in the win.

The Brew Crew will host the Sierra Foothill Rockies (who are one of the top SF teams) on Saturday at 7 pm.
