The BR Brewers used timely hitting on Friday night in a four inning 12-2 contest while playing the BR Tigers.

The Tigers took a 1-0 lead in the top half of the first but the Brewers drew a few walks to take the lead, which they did not give up.

Brewers starting pitcher Cole Winter earned the win while Ryan Bradford took the loss for the Tigers. Brekyn Vasquez, Dean Hopper and Caleb Hurst also pitched to the Tigers while Colby Lundsford closed the game for the Brewers.

The Tigers are back in action when they host the Penn Valley Cubs on Wednesday at 7 pm while the Brewers play the Nevada City Giants on Saturday and the Penn Valley White Sox on Tuesday.
