ALTA SIERRA PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION CALLING FOR VOTES

Dear ASPOA Member,

By now, you should have received your official ballot for the upcoming ASPOA Director Election. We encourage you to get informed about your candidates by visiting the only official ASPOA website: www.aspoa.org. On this site, you will see full profiles of all five candidates who are running for the three vacancies on the ASPOA Board of Directors.

Mailed ballots must be received no later than November 29th, at the special PO Box rented for this election. That address is: ASPOA, P.O. Box 2749, Grass Valley, CA 95945-2749. Ballots received after that date will not be counted. Because this is the week of Thanksgiving, please mail your ballot no later than this Tuesday for guaranteed delivery.

Ballots may also be returned in person on Monday, December 2nd, between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m., at the Alta Sierra Country Club located at: 11897 Tammy Way, in Alta Sierra.

Please be sure your completed ballot is sealed inside your personal return envelope with the watermarked return label. Ballots with opened or missing return envelopes may not be counted, if they appear to have been tampered with.

If you have not received a ballot, and are a member in good standing, please reply to this email, or call Dai Meagher at (530) 320-2177 so we can determine if your ballot was lost. Please note that renters are “associate members,” and as such are not eligible to vote according to article 3, section 5 of our Bylaws.

Thank you for your participation in this important election!

Sincerely,

Julie Siegenthaler

ASPOA Director, Nominations Committee Chairperson
